MEET KYLE ALLINGTON
Kyle Allington - Not your average Personal Trainer.
Kyle Allington has been involved in sports and fitness his entire life, with experience across football, wrestling, basketball, baseball, kickboxing, golf, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. His passion for movement and performance led him to become a first generation college graduate. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Fitness Development from SUNY Cortland in 2021 and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2024.
Kyle served as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at SUNY Cortland during the 2024–2025 academic year, where he designed and implemented strength, conditioning, mobility, and skill-development programs for a wide range of collegiate sports. In addition to athletic performance, Kyle specializes in working with older adults, including residents at Kendal at Ithaca, helping them improve strength, mobility, balance, and confidence for independent living.
Today, Kyle owns and operates a thriving personal training business and Studio (All-In-One Fitness), working with clients across the lifespan. He is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and take control of their long-term health.
