Kyle Allington - Not your average Personal Trainer.
Kyle Allington is a fitness professional, strength coach, and exercise specialist with a lifelong passion for health, performance, and human movement. His athletic background includes football, wrestling, basketball, baseball, kickboxing, golf, powerlifting, and bodybuilding, providing a diverse foundation for working with clients of all ages and abilities.
A first-generation college graduate, Kyle earned a Bachelor's Degree in Fitness Development from SUNY Cortland and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science. He also served as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at SUNY Cortland, designing and implementing training programs for collegiate athletes across multiple sports.
In addition to athletic performance, Kyle has extensive experience helping older adults improve strength, balance, mobility, and independence, including work with residents at Kendal at Ithaca.
Today, Kyle is the owner of All-In-One Fitness located in Ithaca, NY, where he helps people of all ages and abilities to move better, get stronger, and improve their long-term health through evidence-based exercise and personalized coaching.
